Sakic 832S has been a standout since birth. He was born unassisted with a moderate birth weight of 82 lbs and just boomed from there. His dam is a beautiful two year old, Red Six Mile Sierra 257P. We showed her with Sakic at foot and they won the two year old class at the 2006 Canadian Western Agribition.

Sakic is a very impressive individual to view, with a lot of balance and muscle shape. He stands on a square set of legs with a good solid foot under him. His scrotal measured 36.6 cm as a yearling and scored 88% on his yearling semen evaluation. He scanned AAA here in Canada with a 13.39 ribeye. Sakic is a moderate framed sire who showed a lot of early maturity.

We sold half interest in Sakic at our 2007 Bull Sale for $36,000 to Genex Inc. and he has since become one of their most inquired about Red Angus Sires. Sakic's first calves arrived in February 2008 and we can't wait.
